1. Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do offer international shipping.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 working days for UK deliveries.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard UK shipping is £5.90. International shipping is £14.99

3. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Please visit our Returns page for full details.

Q: Can I exchange my dog’s coat for a different size?
A: Yes! If your dog’s coat doesn’t fit, we offer exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order for the correct size. Customers are responsible for covering the return postage cost.

Q: How do I clean my dog’s coat?
A:

• Wool Coats – Spot clean with a damp cloth or dry clean only.
• Wax Coats – Wipe clean with a damp cloth; Rewax when required. Do not machine wash.
